This notice describes the RoadPulse marketing website. The RoadPulse application and individual customer workspaces may have separate privacy terms.
Information you choose to provide
The demo form asks for your name, company, work email, phone number, approximate fleet size, type of operation, and an optional message. Please do not include payment information, driver records, or other sensitive information in the message.
How demo requests are handled
The website validates the information you enter. If request delivery is enabled, these details are sent to the configured RoadPulse contact system so the team can respond to your inquiry. The form shows a success message only after the receiving service confirms the request. If delivery is unavailable, the form displays an error instead.
The marketing site does not store demo form submissions in a local website database or browser storage. A configured receiving service may retain a delivered request to handle the inquiry.
Technical information
The website hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and access logs, to serve and protect the website. This website implementation does not include advertising pixels or optional analytics trackers.
